Play Tennis Spain - Welcome
Members
of the TENNIS COACH
UK (BTCA) in conjunction with the Lawn Tennis Association are extending
their search for that elusive future Wimbledon Champion via their PLAY
TENNIS SPAIN campaign, which comes to the Costa Del Sol this year. The
driving force behind the campaign is Tennis Professional Chris Turner,
a licensed LTA coach & TENNIS
COACH UK (BTCA) member, and former Welsh International & Junior
Champion.
Chris has seen the potential in the large ex-patriot communities living
on the Spanish Costas, and hopes to find future champions amongst the
5 to 8 year olds through Mini Tennis courses, and 9 to 12 year olds through
regular Play Tennis courses and coaching clinics. Our Courses emphasize
fun and enjoyment in learning the game of Tennis, and will be held in
all participating International Schools, clubs and public courts
All ages, levels and nationalities are welcome!
"....our aim is to set up what the LTA refer
to as 'Kids Zones' in all participating venues...."
